Since part of the muse's quest in becoming a cleric is to kill supreme stone golem, how can that be if Stone golems are in a bug right now? I cant even find one in Gorge of Silence.

All Supreme Stone Golems were temporarily transferred to Sunshine Coast. If you wanna find them, use /go 13
