Transfer Rate Empty Transfer Rate

Why the hell's the transfer rate like 1 kb/sec by downloading that gameguard fix? It says that it will download for like 17 HOURS! Right now the only proble from me and playing FreeRose Online are these Gameguard errors.
And if the transfer rate is un fixable then could someone sent me that gameguard fix (:?
