hmmm... i know rare steel res0lve cant be dr0pped by m0bs.. if you want to have a steel res0lve set i rec0mmend to you to d0nate to sir Terr0.. u can have it n0t just rare you can also by gem7 to sir and you can refine it up to +9.. boogie

ahm, yeah Kheizy is right, mobs don't drop rare steel resolves, but try to hunt kera at undeground prison for a yellow steel resolves but be patient in hunting =).

go hunt in /go 5 (Lion's Plains).. level 160 armors are dropped by the Blue Dragon there.. but you have to be very patient..XD
