what I did
Step:
1:download then install microsoft framework
2:download the new launcher and paste it on my folder then I send it in to my desktop.
yun lang po tapos nag work na

I have a SS of my new launcher

this what happens when I click that PLAY ROSEonline button
no errors it loads on to the game

i play using windows vista at home na updated every once in a while kaya di na namin idownload yun

Give it a try kuya DD when installing it can be detected naman eh kung meron na..

kasi naman sabi install muna yung microsoft frame network b yun nasa link naman ni sir t eh...

oo dapat install muna yun micrsoft frame para gumana.
