Whenever you can't connect to the game, try to visit the forums and check the portal if a new IP address has been posted. It takes less than a minute to download either the lconfig file or the new FreeROSE launcher. Then, you are back to the game again.

how's what?.. to procedure you mean?.. just check out the Forum Portal for the update, then just follow the instructions that are posted there..

If you are looking for help because you can't connect to the game, please make sure you do the following:

1. Explain the Problem... Please tell us more of the "error" you are getting. Don't just say "I can't connect" or "It's not working". If you are looking for help, then tell us the exact problem. Remember that we are not beside you when you had the errors, and we don't know what you were doing nor how you had your ROSE installed.

2. Get a Screenshot... If you are having problems explaining the error. Or if you don't know how to explain it into words, then it's better that you take a screenshot of the error and post it here. A simple screenie of the error might explain better than you.

3. READ and COMPREHEND... I totally understand that a big number of players do not have a good knowledge of computer technicalities. That's why whenever I post some instructions, I make it a point that I insert screenies. In other words, I try to make it so simple so that everyone can understand. Your job now, is to carefully read and comprehend the instructions given.

Yeah sir T is right for those who have some problems on connecting dont just say you cant connect or log in try to explain or take screen shots and Pls post them on the proper section...
