Dodging Fluctuation?

Why is it sometime i feel like the wind and cant be touched by monsters? I mean monster even purple ones can only hit me 1/10 attacks and i also have trouble hitting them? but some days even gray one hits me 100% of the time even if i have 400+ dodge?

For the past 2 days i can level in harder places i would only dream of leveling cause they cant hit me so well! but yesterday even jellybean dudes(the one in adventurers plain) can hit me 100% not even once missing... so im just asking if Terr0r is experimenting on dodge rates? Cause there are days when i feel like im untouchable even if 5 or more monster from shikaku prison is attacking me i can still wipe them out with only 5 pots but there are days like i feel like im a big fat wall that even babies can hit cause i don't move...

Hmm, that one i don't know, but for my case, my dodge rate works fine.
