GM refining?

Is it possible to pay a GM to refine an item for me? If so then what is the cost?

GMs no longer refine items. its players job to hunt for talisman and bindrunes to upgrade their items!! the recommended upgrade for normal players is +4 you can go higher, but its up to you!!
