server gone crazy? Empty server gone crazy?

hey is the server off or is it just me? cuz i try to check at site, but it asks me for a user name and password to connect to the site's IP addres....
and i cant launch game either.....and in the launcher web window it says page cannot be displayed...hope its just off...
