Is this unfair if you get a good deal?

Say one day im playing freeroseonline, and i happen to have to be afk, and i put like maybe one of my noob items for 50m and someones just gonna quit the game so their gonna waste their money and ANYTHING. Then they buy my items, then it becomes a lucky day for me, have you guys ever thought that some people might have got rich like that? You can't just assume something if you don't know it.
