What's the deal with.. Empty What's the deal with..

I don't know if I missed it anywhere, but what's the deal with the Candle Ghosts spawning everywhere.

I mean, I try to lvl up a new character to test a certain build and what-not, but I barely can due to the fact that Pink name Candle Ghosts spawn and kill me in two hits.

and besides, candle ghost doesnt spawn all over the map.. right??...
