IF you guys are recruiting gms, how do we get picked to become one?. is it like a vote? or like the most popular guy in the game? or the most known....

currently dont have any new about gm recruit. and i'm sure there no more recruit ,the reason is we have 8 gm now. lol

well i no you guys won't be recruiting gms, but can you tell me how do you become one? do you get picked randomly? or like by voting? or wut kind of methods?
